Description FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a device for machining watch components, and more particularly to appliques intended to be attached to the dial of a timepiece by means of fixing feet to replace any or part of the figures indicating the hours. The invention also relates to a method for machining watch components by providing greater precision machining parts simultaneously. Such a device and such a method could also be used for producing indicator needle. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0004] Appliques arranged on the hour circle, or on secondary dials, are most often made by decal, or even by screen printing, giving the impression of having been printed. These sconces can also be obtained by embossing the lower surface of the dial, the raised parts forming the sconces being then polished, varnished, or coated with a luminescent pigment, as described for example in the patent FR 2 308 133. These sconces may also be patches on the dial being produced by stamping a metal plate and bonding, for example by means of a heat-curable adhesive, as indicated in patent CH 506 111. When one wants to obtain high quality parts, especially when the metal used is a precious metal, the appliques are then usually provided with feet for their attachment to the dial by gluing, welding or riveting. The sconces are rough machined or punched in a profile, then resumed for diamonding. The document EP 1 557 729 makes it possible to respond to these problems. However, the method described in this document requires a lot of handling from the operators, which is long and tedious given the small size of the parts to handle. Other devices exist in which the appliques to be machined are mounted on a multi-piece cleat. Such a device does not allow precise positioning of the sconces, resulting in appliques having unsymmetrical faces. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0008] An object of the present invention is to overcome all or part of the aforementioned disadvantages by providing a method and a device for implementing this method for machining high quality watch components more quickly, more precisely, while limiting manual operations. For this purpose, the invention relates to a device for holding and centering at least one wall provided with two feet, the device comprising a flat surface with at least one opening for receiving said at least one wall light, the device comprising elastic holding means arranged to hold the applique by the feet in the opening. According to the invention, the elastic holding means are arranged to allow, in a first insertion position where the elastic holding means are under stress, the insertion of the applique in the opening, and to prohibit in a second holding position where said elastic holding means are released, extracting and moving the applique out of the opening. According to other advantageous variants of the invention: the elastic holding means comprise first elastic holding means and second elastic holding means made in the flat surface of the device and arranged in said opening; the first elastic holding means and the second elastic holding means form an integral element, and are separated by a slot; a free space is present between the second elastic holding means and the body; first elastic holding means and the second elastic holding means each cooperate with a foot of said applique; - The device comprises a positioning notch formed in said opening of the device, said notch being arranged to receive a foot of said applique, and said first elastic holding means being arranged to constrain the foot in said notch; - The device is monobloc and manufactured in a micro-machinable material, steel or steel alloys, or silicon, or quartz or one of their compounds, or an alloy as obtained by the process "LIGA". The invention also relates to a method for machining at least one watch component of a timepiece. The method comprises the following main steps: - set up a multi-room centering device; - place the workpieces on the multi-piece centering device, - deposit a liquid on the centering device holding the parts; - freeze the liquid at a very low temperature to maintain the parts; machining at least one facet on the upper face of the part by means of a tool; - unfreeze the flexible installation; - remove the machined parts. Thanks to these characteristics, such a device applies machining to obtain watch components faster by limiting or eliminating the interventions of an operator during the manufacture of watch components. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0014] Other features and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of a particular embodiment of the invention, given as a simple illustrative and nonlimiting example, and appended figures, among which: FIG. 1 is a top view of a device receiving multiple appliques according to the invention; fig. 2 is a detailed view of the device according to the invention; fig. 3a is a detailed view of a housing with the means for holding a device according to the invention; fig. 3b is a detailed view of a housing receiving a wall with the elastic holding means of the device according to the invention; fig. 4 is a perspective view of a device according to the invention, mounted on a gel clamp. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS [0015] A device for holding and centering at least one applique provided with two feet, according to the invention, will now be described in the following with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3a, 3b and 4. Such a device is particularly interesting for machining appliques. In the remainder of the description, applies by means of any element intended to be attached to the dial of a watch, such as indexes or logos. Referring to FIG. 1 shows a holding and centering device supporting a plurality of sconces 2 formed by a base comprising a lower portion provided with two feet and an upper portion comprising one or more facets so as to give relief to the applique 2. Preferably, the wall 2 has two feet located in the median plane and coming from the applied material, the latter being generally obtained from a blank and the facets can be performed later through a diamondizing operation to form the applique 2. As illustrated in the figures, the applique 2 is a time index. According to the needs of those skilled in the art, the applique may be Roman or Arabic numerals, an indicator hand, or even a logo. According to the invention, the device 1 comprises a flat surface with at least one opening 10 for the reception of a wall 2, the device 1 comprising elastic holding means 3 arranged to maintain the wall 2 by the 2. As shown, the flat surface is in the form of a disk to be able to machine as many pieces as possible by limiting the area occupied. One could of course use a rectangular band instead of a disk for example. Preferably, the device is monobloc and is made of a micro-machinable material, steel or alloys of steel, or silicon, or quartz or one of their compounds, or an alloy as obtained by the process "LIGA ". According to a particular embodiment of the invention, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the device 1 comprises seventy-one openings 10 to receive as many appliques 2. Obviously the number of openings may vary according to the needs of the skilled person. Advantageously, the elastic holding means 3 are arranged to allow, in a first insertion position where the elastic holding means 3 are under stress, the introduction of the applique 2 in the opening, and for prohibit, in a second holding position where the elastic holding means 3 are released (more under stress), the extraction and movement of the applique 2 out of the opening 10. As can be seen in the top view in FIG. 3, the opening 10 receives resilient support means 3, the latter being connected to the device via an attachment point 12. Advantageously, the attachment point 12 has a length sufficient to allow the deformation of the means elastic support 3 in the opening 10. The elastic holding means 3 comprise first elastic holding means 30 and second elastic holding means 31 made in the plane of the flat surface of the device 1 and are both arranged in the same opening 10. As visible in fig. 3, the first and second elastic holding means 30 and 31 are each in the form of a deformable elastic blade. According to the illustrated embodiment, the first elastic holding means 30 and the second elastic holding means 31 form an integral element, are separated by a slot 32, and deform elastically in the opening 10 . There is also the presence of a free space 32 'between the second resilient holding means 31 and the body 100 of the device 1 to be able to position another foot 20 of the applique 2. Thus the feet 20 of the 2 are positioned and held against the body 100 through the first and second elastic holding means 31 and 32. The first resilient holding means 30 and the second resilient holding means 31 are arranged to cooperate each with a foot of the applique 2, each holding means 30,31 holding a foot firmly as shown in FIG. 3b. The device also comprises a positioning notch 11 formed on the periphery of the opening 10, the notch 11 being arranged to receive a foot of the applique so that the latter is well positioned. This positioning notch 11 is arranged to cooperate with the first elastic holding means 30 so that they constrain the foot in the notch 11. Such an arrangement allows a good positioning of the applique 2 on the device 1. As can be seen in FIG. 3a, the first holding means 20 comprise a handling surface 33 intended to be manipulated by a tool so as to be able to move the elastic holding means 3 away from their rest position and thus be able to put the appliqué 2 into the opening 10 The first holding means 20 also comprise a stop 35 for limiting and defining the maximum deformation of the elastic holding means 3 within the opening 10. The skilled person could also set up two separate elastic holding means, or two blades, each having a point of attachment on the device, the two being always separated by a slot to have a mobility between the two but separated from their rest position by separate handling means. Advantageously, the device 1 is placed on a machine tool which allows to simultaneously remove all the elastic holding means 3 of the device 1, the machine tool exerting a force on the handling surfaces for the holding means elastic 3 are under stress and thus allow the implementation of the wall 2 in the opening 10. Once the wall 2 positioned, the elastic holding means 3 are released and hold up the wall 2 for machining . The device according to the invention can be made of a metallic material by means of a LIGA process, by laser machining or by electroerosion. An embodiment of the method according to the invention is described below, namely a method of machining appliques comprising at least two feet, an upper face and a lower face. In a first step, it sets up a multi-piece centering device according to the invention on a gel clamp. A circular rotating gel-clamp 1000 for supporting workpieces is shown in FIG. 4. Such a gel clamp is of known design and generally comprises a body on which is mounted the machining device, the body being connected to a cooling installation. Then, the workpieces are placed on the multi-piece centering device comprising elastic holding means 3 arranged to hold the applique 2 by the feet. The elastic holding means 3 are put under stress for the establishment of the sconces in the opening 10 by applying a force on the handling surface 33. We set up the appliques 2, then releases the elastic holding means 3 to maintain the positioning of the appliques 2. A liquid is deposited on the centering device holding the parts so that the liquid is introduced into the openings 10 and covers the appliques 2, then the liquid is frozen at a very low temperature to maintain the parts. At least one facet is machined on the upper face of the applique by means of a tool such as a diamond. Once machining is complete, the liquid is thawed and the machined sconces are deposited by putting the elastic holding means 3 under stress to remove the machined sconces. According to the invention, the liquid used to freeze the sconces 2 on the device 1 is water. In a final step, the sconces 1 are visited so as to ensure the good quality of the machining. According to an optional step of the method, the appliques are left on the holding device for their transport.
